ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FOREIGN GRADUATES REGISTRATION 2025/26
INVITATION FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION WITH MLSCN 2025/2026 BATCH
The Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) hereby invites applications from interested foreign graduates of Medical Laboratory Science seeking registration with the Council for 2025/2026 Batch to apply through the online application portal, which will open from 8.00 a.m. of 1st June 2025 and closes on 1st July 2025 by 12.00 midnight
Please Note the Following Important Guidelines:
- Application is strictly online through the MLSCN Foreign Graduate Application Portal: https://eduportal.mlscn.gov.ng?tab=foreigngraduate
- Applicants are advised to read the foreign graduates guidelines and follow the instructions for the on-line application.
- All uploaded documents must be duly endorsed by a Notary Public (a lawyer with legal authority to certify documents).
- All sections marked with an asterisk (*) on the application form are compulsory and must be completed before submission.
- Incomplete applications or forms submitted without the required documents will be rejected.
- Hard copies of the application form or any documents will NOT be accepted at the MLSCN office.
- Applicants shall request their Institutions to send electronic copies of their Transcripts, Course curriculum, evidence of physical attendance and full time study directly to MLSCN through this link: https://eduportal.mlscn.gov.ng/Home?tab=fginstitution
- Application fee of Sixty Thousand Naira (₦60,000.00) only – payable online through the portal via any of the payment platforms.
- There will be no extension of date after the closing date.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UPLOAD
All documents shall be certified true copies or notarized by Notary Public and must be submitted via the online application portal
- Recent passport-sized color photograph (white background and size: 150kB )
- Data page of International Passport (showing bio-data and nationality)
- Evidence of immigration/travel history (entry/exit visa pages showing presence in country of study)
- Evidence of residency in the Country of study (e.g. Residence permit)
- Evidence of physical attendance and full time study
- Sworn Court Affidavit declaring Physical attendance and full time study of the Course.
- Admission letter into the foreign institution
- Academic transcripts (official, complete with grading system)
- Degree certificate
- Medical Laboratory Science curriculum from the training institution
- Evidence of physical attendance in the course (e.g., School ID, course registration slips, class attendance logs etc.)
- O’level certificate or its equivalent.
- A’Level certificate or any higher qualification Certificate (only for those admitted through Direct entry).
- Transcript of any higher qualifications certificates (including MLT certificate) used for the direct entry admission to the foreign institution.
- Birth certificate or Sworn affidavit/declaration of Age
- Letter of release/resignation from employer (if employed during study)
- Sworn affidavit/declaration (if names differ across documents)
- All supporting documents must be clearly scanned and legible (document size: 1MB).
- Applicants are advised to begin the process early to avoid last-minute issues.
- Applicants should note that the MLSCN has the right to verify or to ask applicant to verify any information contained in the application and to ask applicant to supply additional information in relation to an application by means of a statutory declaration where necessary.
- Only successful applicants will be contacted for the next stage of evaluation and verification.
NB: All documents shall be certified as true copies or notarized (endorsed by Notary Public) before uploading to the application portal.
