Link Medical Diagnostic and Research Laboratories receives ISO 15189:2012 Accreditation

Link Medical Diagnostic and Research Laboratories, Owerri, Imo State receives ISO 15189:2012 Accreditation from MLSCN Accreditation Service today, 24th June, 2022. This is the first Private medical Laboratory to be so honoured in the South Eastern region of Nigeria. It also brings to three the number of medical laboratories accredited to ISO 15189: 2012 by MLSCN in the past month alone.
It could be recalled that the Independent Advisory Committee headed by Prof Oyewole Tomori, recently approved the accreditation of three deserving candidate facilities. Two of those, Afriglobal Medicare Ltd based in Lagos, and Abuja – based Lifebridge Medical Diagnostics Centre, had already received the Certificate of Accreditation, while the third is Link Medical Diagnostic and Research Laboratories.
