Steps to use the new payment platform

1. Access the payment platform at https://payments.mlscn.gov.ng
2. Select the payment category you want to make the payment for.
3. On the payment category items page for the selected category, select all payment items you want to pay for with their associated quantities.
4. Click on the “Proceed” button at the top of the page
5. Fill the payer information
6. Click on the “Pay Online” button to make the payment using the online channels (Bank Transfer, Credit/ Debit cards or USSD), or click the “Pay at bank” button to expose the payment for completion at the bank.
